3. Relationship Between Illuminix.ai and Outglow.ai
1. Ownership: Illuminix.ai is the creator and sole owner of the Outglow.ai platform and service. All proprietary technologies, patents, and intellectual property related to Outglow.ai are owned by Illuminix.ai.
2. Scope: While Outglow.ai serves as a dedicated platform for marketing AI-driven agents to small businesses, Illuminix.ai focuses on enabling businesses to build and deploy similar platforms through custom development, consulting, and support.
4. Account Registration and Use
To use certain features of the Service, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

7. Fees and Payments
1. Fees: Fees for consulting, licensing, and subscriptions will be specified in separate agreements or on the website. All payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
2. Late Payments: Late payments may incur penalties as outlined in your agreement.
